Like most of the free world, I have been holed up in my condo for the last few weeks in a “mostly” self-imposed quarantine; but that doesn't mean that I have hung up my “foodie” credentials (@mrichter2004) and subjugated myself to subsisting on ramen noodles and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
