Owned and operated by Nicolas Bonazza; who is a trained chef, they are famous for creating avant-garde dishes that you won’t find anywhere else. The recent introduction of their “Tu vuo’ fa’ l’Americano” menu (you wanna be American) is all the rage with its stunning array of playful, tongue-in-cheek dishes inspired by Italian-American dishes that were invented in America but not traditionally found in Italy. Expertly prepared by Head Chef Stefano Borra, they “flip the switch” with some mind-blowing gourmet interpretations that are sure to leave you a bit weak in the knees.
